Petrowaco Tower

VNRE - Located at No.97 Lang Ha Street, Dong Da district, Hanoi city, right at the intersection of Lang Ha street and Thai Thinh street. Petrowaco Tower is a combination of office and apartment which was designed with modern style, unique and harmonious architecture.

The building has scale of 27 storeys and 3 basements, includes 144 luxury apartments with area from 90 m2 to 190 m2, 8 penthouses with area from 270 m2 to 350 m2 and 8 floors for office and commercial.

Total investment is about VND 487 billion. Petrowaco Tower was started in quarter 1/ 2010, expected to be completed in quarter 4/ 2012.
