The Vietnam Financial Centre covers some 6.6 hectares of land at the junction of Ba Thang Hai and Le Hong Phong streets. It will be a world class financial center with three 48-story grade A office towers, two 48-story five star hotels and residential blocks, and about 1 million square feet of retail space.
Gross development value of approximately US$2 billion. The project has licensed on February 23, 2008.
Today, the investor of Vietnam Financial Tower has officially announced the design of projects at Ky Hoa Hotel campus. DP Architects Sdn Bhd Company was selected as the main designer.
